On the 15th of October our Chess team consisting of 13 players and 3 TY Future Leaders competed in a local tournament in Coola. Four different schools from around Sligo competed. It was a great experience, and everyone enjoyed the day. Thanks to Coola for hosting the event and congratulations to Marlo who came second.

Many progress to third level, past pupils are presently attending college in Queens University Belfast, University of Limerick, NUI Galway, NUI Maynooth as well as various Institutes of Technology around the country.
